While gathering information for a slashdot comment about rare instances of October Friday the 13ths where all the numbers in the date add up to 13 as well, I discovered this very interested property of the number 9.
"For any set of numbers whose digits in each number all add up to the same number, the difference between any of those numbers will be a factor of 9."
