Should I offer polls with more than Yes or No answers?

I've been thinking for a while about adding functionality to my thought of the day system that would allow me to have thoughts with multiple answers and not just Yes and No.
On the one hand, I could offer more choice to the voters and hopefully see more accurately what their true opinion is. On the other hand, a lot of online polls tend to have too many choices, not enough choices or people don't answer truthfully because they choose the sarcastic answer. Also a lot of times, people can't decide which one to choose because there are multiple answers that they want to choose.
So I go to you, my readers, to find out what you want. Do you think that more choices than Yes and No is a good idea for this site?
