You know, everytime something good comes along and goes all to hell (like the Internet), I'm always reminding of that old prophecy "All good things come to an end.". Well, eventually all things come to an end, but I guess the good things are the first to go, eh? Why is this? Is it even true?
Perhaps all things that are good start out that way because they are only known or available to a few people. It could also be that the excitement of making something in the beginning goes away over time as you have to deal with all the little nuances and people that expect things, and aren't thankful for what is already there.
On the plus side, if this saying keeps coming up, it means that good things keep on beginning, right? So there is something to look forward to. Beginnings, you just have to keep your mind open to change, I guess.
