I think this is something that everyone has done in their life. We treat someone who works in a store or position meanly or rudely to get whatever it is that we want,
For me recently, this involves taking an item I had recently purchased from Circuit City, back to their store. I ended up nearly yelling at this girl to get me a manager or someone who could really help me with my problem. This was sometime over the summer. Well, it ends up that I sit next to this girl in my Calculus 3 class now.
Just remember that a lot of the people in today's service workforce are real people with real lives not much unlike your own. So be careful who you potentially hurt because it almost always comes back to you.
